Louise founded 'Cutting Corners, Inc.' a successful Custom Couture Clothing business. Her designs included bridal gowns, tailored suits, maternity, and 'high end' sportswear. Fabric Collections, her wonderful store in Winter Park, Florida for 15 years, closed due to hurricanes that hit the Orlando area, but she continued on line with her patterns, notions, DVD's, hard to find interfacings from Japan and Europe. She now has a full line of FASHION FABRICS available on her website. Louise's concept was to establish a haven for the sewing enthusiast who loves to create. Fabric Collections had a wide selection of New York, 7th Avenue, and European designer fabrics and buttons. On a daily basis, Louise was designing for her customers, clothing that would not only be flattering to them, but their lifestyle.
The sewing public now has 'Fabric Collections' once again, including fabrics, and interfacings that are exclusive to her. The sewing customer, even if she is sewing for herself, or using a dressmaker, should have the same opportunity to acquire the best products that the top designers have available to them.
